    Join Forester Athletics for Community & Alumni Day, a celebration of our connection to the community and our alumni!

    We invite alumni, families, community members, F.A.N. Club members, and Forester fans of all kinds to campus to cheer on Forester Athletics, enjoy food and drinks from local food trucks, and take part in family-friendly activities and giveaways. Come snap a photo with Boomer the Bear, show your Forester spirit, and shop for Lake Forest College merchandise!

    Event Schedule includes:

    11 a.m. | Men’s Soccer vs. Grinnell — Farwell Field
    12 – 4p.m. | Food Truck Social — Tailgate Lot, South Campus
    1 p.m. | Women’s Volleyball vs. Ripon — Sports & Recreation Center
    1:30 p.m. | Women’s Soccer vs. Grinnell — Farwell Field

    Complimentary food truck meal tickets are available to the first 50 pre-registered Community Members, as well as all F.A.N. Club members and alumni of Men’s Soccer, Women’s Soccer, Men’s Golf, and Women’s Golf.

    Lake Forest College Athletics Image & Likeness Release Form
    I hereby voluntarily grant Lake Forest College (the College) permission to use my likeness in photographs, video recordings or electronic images in any and all of its publications, including website entries, without payment compensation or any other consideration. I understand and agree that these materials will become the property of the organization and will not be returned. I hereby irrevocably authorize the organization to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish or distribute these images for purposes of publicizing the organization's programs or for any other lawful purpose. In addition, I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy, wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of my image. I hereby hold harmless and release and forever discharge the College and its affiliates, trustees, directors, officers, partners, principals, employees and agents from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization. I am 18 years of age and am competent to contract in my own name, or if I am under age 18, a parent or guardian has signed below. I have read this release before signing below and I fully understand the contents, meaning and impact of this release.

    Release, Waiver, and Indemnification
    In consideration the Participant for themselves, and their personal representatives, heirs, and next of kin, hereby fully release, waive, acquit and forever discharge Lake Forest College, its officers, directors, employees, trustees, servants, or agents, and any of its personnel, (referred to individually and collectively as “Releasees”) from any and all causes of action, claims, suits, damages, expenses, fees, attorneys’ fees, costs and other liabilities, of any kind or character whatsoever, whether known or unknown, which arise or may arise, in connection with activity, including, but not limited to, death, any personal injury, loss of property, or other damages, whether caused by the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise or caused by any fellow Participants, students, educational organizations, persons, groups, organizations, or any other party, while Participant is participating voluntarily, unless the injury, illness, damage, loss or death is caused by the Releasees’ gross negligence or intentional acts.

    Additional Provisions
    Participant
    certifies that they have no physical condition that would prevent voluntary participation. The Participant will use his/her personal medical insurance as primary medical coverage payment in the event of an accident or injury, and that Participant consents to emergency medical treatment if required. Participant understands that this Agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of Illinois.
