Forester Fans in the Stands

Will you be cheering on the Foresters from afar this year? Now you can feel closer to the action and support the Foresters and a pair of great causes by purchasing a fan cutout of yourself or a family member!

It’s simple – put on your favorite Forester gear (or anything red and black) and send us a photo that we will turn into a 3’ tall fan cutout to appear in Alumni Memorial Fieldhouse (hockey rink), the Sports and Recreation Center gym, or the swimming pool. You can select the venue you’d most like to be in (or let us pick for you) and your fan cutout will remain there throughout the winter athletic season.

The price of the cutouts is $40 with all profits donated to the Great Lakes Adaptive Sports Association (GLASA) and the College’s Covid-19 Relief fund. Unfortunately the annual GLASA Sled Hockey event in Alumni Memorial Fieldhouse has been canceled this year so Forester Athletics is happy to continue supporting GLASA with this initiative.

For those who missed the first order deadlines, the Forester Fans in the Stands cutout program is opening for another two rounds. Order by March 19 and your cutout will be placed by the weekend of March 12-14. Those ordered after March 19 and before the final deadline of noon on March 29 will join those in the Sports and Recreation Center gym by April 3.

Photo Instructions:

Wear your favorite Forester gear!
Photos must be of yourself or a family member. Fans may not submit photos of celebrities or any other public figure. Only one person may be in each photo.
Try to take your photo in a well lit area with a plain background.
Take the photo in the vertical orientation.
Aim for your waist up and don't forget to smile!
Photos must be in good taste and not of a commercial nature.
When emailing the photo, please email the highest resolution (largest size) possible.
Forester Athletics reserves the right to reject any photo that does not abide by the photo submission guidelines, at its sole discretion. Fans will be notified if their photo is rejected and given an opportunity to resubmit if there is appropriate time prior to the deadline, but Forester Athletics will not be obligated to provide the purchaser a refund if a submitted photo is rejected for any reason.

To submit your photos, please attach them in an email to Amanda Walker at awalker@lakeforest.edu. If possible, name each image as the individual in the photo. If you are unable to name the image(s), please provide photo identification in the body of the email.
